"You little fledgelings have led me a merry chase," said the khitsune. "I have been trying to track you down for quite some time. It is not safe here on the Dark Side for Light Side creatures. We do try to stop the more meddlesome creatures here from luring innocent victims through portals, but the foo bunnehs are very tricksy!" With that, the khitsune turned to the stone wall and stared intently until a shimmery round portal wavered into being. "Come along now, there's no time to waste. You must return to your home before the portals between Dark and Light close again for another year." The twins thanked the khitsune profusely, feeling rather embarassed at how they had misjudged him. Then they leapt back through the portal into the forest. "Stay away from strange portals from now on!" the khitsune admonished them. "Especially at this time of year!" "Oh it's great to be back! " exclaimed Tai, looking around in satisfaction at the familiar forest. "Wait," he said. "aren't those our collection bags? They're all rotten and half melted into the ground!" "Ummmm..." Kai said slowly. "What was that the khitsune said about "before the portal closes for another year?" THE END >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Looks like Kai and Tai have returned just in time for Scare Tactics... lucky them! ^^; You can try to scare either Kai & Tai OR Arabasti once per hour. Find the links in the Events menu. Choose your scary scenario from the dropdown menus, and try them out on your NPC(s) of choice! When scaring Kai or Tai you can receive masquerade candy, or a selection of delicious treats harvested from the forums (plus some ...interesting... adaptations, courtesy of Lin!) When scaring Arabasti you can receive masquerade candy OR, for one very lucky user per day, a grimm or phantom draak chrysalis! But watch out, because Basti can also fling smelly mud or trash at you instead! 7 Comments

For the tokens that were submitted, all of the gold quetzalcoatl overlays have now been assigned to their owners! We hope that everyone got something they liked, and if not, that they at least manage to trade for something they like! You will find the results in THIS THREAD! To claim your gold quetzalcoatl(s), please submit a help desk report. Please remember that you will need to create an "under" design and save in the custom demo, then link to your saved slot and include this in your help desk report to receive your custom. As a reminder, the "under" breed for the goldquetzalcoatl, is the quetzalcoatl draak! You will also need to provide any extra items like serums or glow potions, and have them ready in your inventory. *Please also provide an overlay name for your quetzalcoatl* For those of you still holding a special quetzalcoatl token and missed out on the selection period, you are still able to use this token.
