Our secondary theme this month is "alternates!" We've brought back the panthira, wulf, and ayalar, and introducing the drakkin as a draak alternate! This means that this time you can bring your asadia, likos, ayalon-embarrs/embarr-ayalons, and draaks to the wishing well, yippee! If you are lucky, this chilly yet adorable sprite may follow you home!  Available from the well and from the Winterfest Essence in the cash shop: Aurora Panthiras, Wulfs, Ayalar, and Drakkins! All that snow throwing has made the meadow awfully chilly, and the Khirin can't take it. Scaled creatures like the warm, or so they tell us! They have retreated and gone back into hiding where they can stay cozy and comfortable.
Rumor has it though, that some old friends have found some beautiful new winter coats and have been lured out by all the snow. Congratulations to: Rhee #47 who took home gold Drea-Myst #1427 and RehTaeh #7196 were the two silver winners and Shalott #743, Silvered Fox #568, and Three Stooges #8 who took home a bronze trophy.  Arabasti is very happy for you all. Really. But all the same, he's not in the mood to be giving back pats at the moment because he just double checked his stash, and what do you know.....those darn woolabits have been at it again! So once again, Basti is asking for our help....  Knowing that us Khimerians will do anything for a shiny, Arabasti is offering a reward for anyone who can locate 10 of his chocolates and bring them back un-nommed! Since he is an impatient beast, he is setting a time limit of 2 days to bring back the chocolate. Fastest six chocolate finders will receive the following prizes: 1st person to find the chocolates = gold trophy + random purebred chrysalis 2nd and 3rd = silver trophy + winter forest pack 4th, 5th, 6th = bronze trophy. Should you not be one of the first six to find all of your chocolates, not to worry! Arabasti still has a shiny waiting for you when you turn it in at his cave! *cough* The chocolates are 20 x 20 px (read: small) and can be located on any page in khimeros, *excluding* user pages such as profiles and shops, forum threads/posts and search results pages. They may be located anywhere in the page. When you find a chocolate, click it and it will take you to your chocolates checklist page. You can also access the checklist under "World" in the main navigation menu. When you have located all 10 chocolates, you must visit Arabasti's page in the mountains and turn them in! You are NOT allowed to collaborate on finding chocolates, or post anywhere on or off the site about where you found them (every person has a different list of places to find them, anyway). Please note that you won't find chocolates on individual khimera, HA, khimbit, user profiles, user shop pages, sent or received messages, nor will you find them in forum threads or posts. Basically, those sneaky little woolabits can't get into those pages to deposit the chocolates, so you will only find them in the slightly more "global" locations.... (Also keep in mind that if your chatbox is open over page content, it might get in the way!) If you are not online for this event... don't worry. I have a feeling that Arabasti doesn't plan to stop his punning, and those woolabits look like they're continuing to work on even more ways to sneak into his lair.... Monthly Packs
This month the items revolve around a winterfest theme, and some old friends have come back to visit! Fox Cabbit, Sky Cabbit   Wildcat Cabbit, Sunspot Cabbit   And some fabulous new wings for HAs and Khimeras! Winter Fantasy Wings Pack and Icy Winter Fantasy Wings Pack   Snowflake Serum Pack (contains 2-4 snowflake serums, randomly)  If you are really lucky when opening packs, you may receive the bonus item, randomly! This is a head's up that the new monthly treasure packs will be coming out tomorrow and the November 2011 packs will be gone. Just a reminder, that once the November packs go out of the cash shop that means you cannot use the multi-pack opener for them anymore and will have to open them one at a time and take your chances. So if you wish to use the multi-pack opener to get a full set of November monthly treasures, please do so today!
