Eeeeeek what is that???? It looks like some evil entity has turned some of our NPCs into NEWTS!!!  **The following pages are EXEMPT from the Paranoia game: Welcome page, News page, Custom Demos, AND Forums!** **Please note that you are not permitted to ask or hint for other users to attempt to scare you! This includes stating that you have not been scared yet, etc.** Here are the rules for Paranoia: - Once every 30 minutes, you may pick a fellow Paranoia player to attempt to scare. - Once you've done this, a small newt will show up on the next page they load. - If they notice and click the newt within 60 seconds of loading the page, they've caught you and will gain a point! If they don't notice the newt, you will gain a point instead. - You may only scare the same person once every 24 hours. - You are also able to be scared, so keep an eye (of newt?) out on every page to make sure you don't get caught off guard! - A person may only be scared once every 60 minutes. - You may opt in and out of the game by visiting the "paranoia" link in the event menu, but must wait 24 hours after your last scare attempt before opting out of the game. *You can receive masquerade candy tokens, plus the following prizes while playing paranoia, and also have a chance to receive one of these six creepy newts! Bastinewt, Onyxnewt  Khistonewt, Pyronewt   Whimsical Woodsnewt, Minstrelnewt   ~*~ Plus a selection of warty toads!       **Please note that you may not always be notified on that you were scared on the very next page after you were scared. It's that time you've been waiting for... time for SCARE TACTICS!  You can try to scare either Kai & Tai OR Arabasti once per hour. Find the links in the Events menu. Choose your scary scenario from the dropdown menus, and try them out on your NPC(s) of choice! When scaring Kai or Tai you can receive masquerade candy, or a selection of delicious treats harvested from the forums (plus some ...interesting... adaptations, courtesy of Lin!)                       When scaring Arabasti you can receive masquerade candy OR, for one very lucky user per day, a grimm or phantom draak chrysalis! But watch out, because Basti can also fling smelly mud or trash at you instead!   4 Comments |

***Beads are on sale for 15% off! That's only $4.25 per string!!*** Oh no! Some wicked creature is turning khimbits and khimeras into carved pumpkins!!!  Well, maybe you're into that.... if so, this bead bribery event is for you! At the 25 bead level, you can choose one of these carved pumpkin khimbits: Achak, Anuki and Kermode!    At the 50 bead level, you can choose an elixir that will apply one of these overlays to your khimera! The Fleuria is applicable to any likos, the Siluri and Purrdra to any draak.    At the 100 bead level, you can CHOOSE (almost) ANY khimera base, and we'll make a custom Carved Pumpkin khimera elixir just for you!! (some older bases may not be available). At the 150 bead level, you can CHOOSE (almost) ANY khimera base, and we'll make a custom Carved Pumpkin khimera elixir just for you!! (some older bases may not be available) AND receive a chrysalis of your chosen base!! Bead purchases DO stack, so once you reach the 150 bead level, you can start again at the beginning and receive more prizes. You do not need to purchase beads all at the same time, they will add up for the duration of the event. To claim your prizes, please create a help desk report with the date you purchased the beads, the amount of beads purchased, and the email address used to purchase the beads. Please create only ONE report for the entire event and update as needed. Please CLEARLY state your choices when submitting your help desk report! For example if you have purchased 25 beads and want an anuki khimbit, state that this is your choice. Otherwise we will select a choice at random for you from the appropriate tier, and you will need to trade with another user if you do not like your selection.
