Just want to clarify that things like SQL errors should still be reported in the glitches and bugs subforum :) The Help Desk is for issues that you need personal help with, like an error on a custom or a case of harassment.

We have added a new feature called the Help Desk, you can access it via "Site" in the main navigation bar.

From now on, please use the Help Desk to report problems with customs, harassment, glitched items or anything else of this nature, do not PM an admin or mod. If you PM an admin/mod they will just direct you to file a report via the Help Desk.

Do NOT spam the Help Desk, file "testing" reports or anything else of this nature. Please only file legitimate reports.

Suggestions and things of that nature belong in the suggestions forum, not the Help Desk :)

You will receive an automated PM telling you when your report has been picked up and by whom. Mods/Admins may PM you to ask any further questions and to let you know when your report has been resolved.

Hopefully this will make dealing with all kinds of user issues more efficient and faster for everyone :)

And all the ursas and woolabits seem to be hiding in their burrows.

I wonder if any new creatures will appear in the forest, swamp, beach, and mountains? I hear there's a particularly shy creature of the meadow that might not make an appearance until its a little more sure those woolabits are really gone...
