We introduced a new item in the cash shop today, the Scroll of Naming



This item costs 5 beads, and you can use it to change your username and/or login name.

You may only use this item once every six months!

Why? Because I don't want its use to get out of hand like on some sites where you come back after a short hiatus and can't recognize anyone on your friends list. It's also very disruptive to the staff trying to mod, when people change their usernames at the drop of a hat.

I originally wanted to restrict its use to once a year, but we'll try it at once every 6 months, in order to facilitate people selling accounts.

Yes, this may still interfere with the ability to sell accounts if the Scroll has already been used once, however Khimeros accounts are not meant to be like revolving doors, nor are they meant to be created for the sole purpose of selling later.

Please note: If you want to change your username ONLY because you made a spelling error when you signed up, or you accidentally mixed up your username and login name, you can put in a Help Desk Ticket to have this changed for free. Spelling errors on registration, or mixed up user/login names are the ONLY reason for which we will issue a free name change, and we will ONLY correct the spelling error, or reverse the user/login name, nothing else.

Bring her your piles of unwanted suan feathers and cross her palm with silver before the end of the month, and she'll craft some of these fluffy delights for you.

It looks like Lin is having some fun with the suan feathers collected from the beach. If you bring her the right items, she might craft you one of these new feather boas... but only until the Festival is over!

It seems that the lovely creatures who've been leaving feathers around on the beach have decided to show themselves! You should take a walk along the cove and see if you can befriend some!



BTW, I hear the FoL Khimbits look particularly cute if you equip them in pairs, for those who haven't noticed yet ;)

In other news, Sapphire Royal Flutterbyes (prizes from the pre-opening forum event), are now equippable to HAs and pets, and you can also put them in your den.
