Khimbit Index

Linked under Help, you can now see an index of all existing khimbits! You can filter by breed and color. Click on a khimbit and you can view a nifty slideshow of all khimbits in the category you selected!

If you want to view khimbits sorted by the months they appeared, which colors were cash shop etc. you can still use AzValen's handy khimbadex in the khimeros chatter subforum!

Activity Points Raffle

The activity points raffle has been drawn! And we have some cool prizes, some never-before-seen!

Tournament News

As some of you may have noticed, there is a new tool, the "Teamaker's Friend" linked from the Tournament Central page. This lists all possible teas with their ingredients, and shows how many of each ingredient you have in inventory! This should help with keeping track of items while foraging.

I also wanted to let you guys know that there ARE participation trophies available for the tournament. In order to receive a participation trophy, your khimera must be trained to at least level 10 and win at least 10 battle points (in other words, you do actually need to participate to get a participation trophy ;). If you meet this criteria but qualify for a bronze trophy or higher, the bronze/silver/gold trophy will replace the participation trophy.

Make sure you keep reviewing the battle guide below the live chat in Tournament Central. Tweaking the battle script is an ongoing process, and any changes will be posted in the guide.

I'd also just like to point out that you do NOT need to train your khimeras to very high levels in order to win trophies (unless you are aiming for training trophies). You can still battle other users with lower level khims and win battle points and receive battle trophies.

The second tournament is officially open! As in the last tournament, regular users may train up to three khimeras for the tournament, and upgraded users can train up to four. To select a khimera to train, click the ‘Train this Khimera’ link, located on its khimera profile.

Battling is conducted in Tournament Central, located under the ‘World’ tab. To battle another user’s khimera, select their name from the chatlist, and then select one of their khimeras from the dropdown list. You can battle with any khimera within 5 levels of your own. Instructions on how to battle can be found at the bottom of the Tournament Central page.

For each win, a user receives 2 Battle Points. For each tie, both opponents receive 1 Battle Point. A loss will earn you no points. These points will not only mark your place in the high score table for earning trophies, but at the end of each tournament, you will be able to spend your Battle Points in the Tournament Shop for special limited edition items and prizes.

High scores for this tournament will not be available immediately, but they will be up in a few days. Also, weapons will not be used this tournament, but will be available for use in Tournament #3.

As you might have noticed, training for this tournament will require the use of teas. :P Any teas you own will be displayed on your khimera’s training page, along with the number of each tea you currently have. To use a tea, simply click on the appropriate teacup.

Teas have now been added to the shop search. Additionally, we are currently working on a page to make it easier to keep track of your teas and ingredients, so keep your eyes open for that!

Please note that the system will no longer allow you to battle the same user more than 5 times per day, and you will be unable to battle users who share an IP address with you.
