We hope you got enough columns and mossy items, because it's time for some fun new quest items!!! At the bronze level: Dandelion I, Dandelion II, Dandelion III, and Dandelion IV At the silver level: Bug Jar - Fuzzy Caterpillar, Bug Jar - Grasshopper, Bug Jar - Lady Bug, and Bug Jar - Snail. Each jar can be added to the Equipment Chest as well as be opened to give you tiny bugs! Coming in June: Bead Bribery Event By Onyx! (#OVERLORD) on 21st of May, 2013 13:14

So, as many of you know who were here last year, we have a big event in July called Retro Month, and another in August called Turn-in Month. These are very big events, so the month of June is a "quiet" month in preparation. We do not sell any monthly treasures in June, to help people save their beads for retro month. This tends to lead to June being a very slim month as far as bead purchases go. However, we still have all of our usual programming, art, and server costs (thousands of dollars) that must be paid in June, so this year we are trying out a new Event - Bead Bribery! In order to encourage people to purchase a portion of their retro month beads in June, we will be offering special incentives all through the month of June for bead purchases! Every string of beads you purchase will net you 10 BB points (you will still get your normal bead points for purchasing multiple strings of beads as well), and you will be able to spend these BB Points in a special shop that will be filled with cool items including a new serum, new colors for old khimbits, a new environment backdrop and environment accessories, and custom-demo ayalar chrysalids!! There will even be some gold custom khimbits thrown into the mix! We'll have image previews of all these goodies for you when the event starts, at the beginning of June. Just to clarify, yes you get your beads, AND your bead points, AND BB Points to spend in the new shop. Retro Month 2013 Just a brief rundown on retro month, there will be a more thorough preview closer to July! First off, if you'd like to see a more in-depth explanation of how retro months have worked in the past, search the news for "retro month"! This year, we are changing things up a little, because we've noticed that some of the older monthly items are still a bit cheap in shops. So, we'll be adding some different things to the retro month packs this year, which will effectively reduce the chances of getting any particular pack. Some of these things will be brand new items like pattern removers, pattern adders, variation removers, variation adders, pattern color changers, and variation color changers! There may be other new items, as well. In addition, while we will have chrysalis "bonuses" that you can receive from opening retro packs, these will be inside the packs themselves, so instead of opening a pack and getting a treasure + a bonus chrysalis, you will receive EITHER an item OR a chrysalis. And just as a reminder, there is also a fun festival that takes place during July/August, so there will be goodies for those who can't afford to spend money, as well! There will be a whole new breed this year for the bonus chrysalis, and no gryph or panthira chrysalids will be released! The new breed is a hybrid that will be createable via its own special chrysalis. This new breed will come with ALL currently possible patterns and variations, as well as its own special little quirk! New Lounge/Shoutbox Rule This is a reminder that our live chat is intended as a place for light chatter. Of late, we are noticing that many "heavy" topics including family problems and relationship problems are sometimes taking over the chatroom. While we do sympathize with the issues that our users may be going through in their lives, the chatroom is not the place to discuss such issues. When there is a long discussion about a serious issue taking place in the chat, it can make other users feel very uncomfortable, and they may also feel that they cannot jump in and post images of their new khimera, or chat about something light, because they do not want to be insensitive. Because of this, while we know it is usually not intentional, one user can end up "hogging" the chat for long periods of time, which drives other users away. We are instituting a new official rule as follows: The site chatroom/shoutbox are intended for light chatting only. Please do not bring heavy topics concerning health issues, relationship issues or other serious personal issues into the chat. You may briefly mention that you are having a bad day, that something serious has happened in your life, or BRIEFLY vent on something that is bothering you, but if any such topic is deemed to be "taking over the chat", a staff member may step in and ask you to take it to private messaging or the forums. Remember that if you need to vent about something that may not be appropriate to the chat, that's what the rants forum is for :) Equippables Protagonist is working hard to fit some of our old equippables to the newer breeds!
