As you may have noticed, we've re-organized the navigation bar to make it easier to find things around the site.

Hopefully things are now grouped in a more intuitive way. We've also added a link under "Main" for Account Setup, and the "Tea Shoppe" has been changed to "Khimeros Central" though we don't have the map for that page ready yet.

A link for buying beads from the site for cash has been added to the Bead Market page (or will be added shortly).

Online Users and Cash Shop links are now under World, and the "Site" category has been removed. News now has its own link in the main navigation bar.

I have started cutting up the main FAQ into smaller threads that hopefully will prove more digestible. This is not finished yet, however.

Nas and I are also working on the tooltips system, and we'll let you know when it's ready to be released.

We realize that the site could be more user-friendly for newcomers.

We have a lot of information in the FAQ, but that's just the problem - there's a lot of information in the FAQ. Perhaps too much to assimilate all at once when you're new and just trying to figure things out.

We're asking for your help in listing the things that you found most confusing when you first joined the site. Or perhaps you may still find them confusing. We're working on ways to make things more intuitive, and also to provide users with smaller amounts of information just when they need it, rather than a huge indigestible meal of information all at once.

We're not planning to change how things work exactly, but to help you *understand* more easily how things work.

We already have a list of some things that *I* think need work, but I'd like to hear from YOU. It's often difficult for Nas and I to know which things are hard to understand, because we're looking from the inside, not the outside.

We're planning to add a system of tooltips that will pop up with relevant information in different areas around the site. You'll be able to turn this system on or off whenever you like. We're also introducing a Help Chat where you can more freely ask questions without driving users in the main chat crazy from hearing the same questions over and over again, ha ha.

Alpha pet trophies are now visible on the profiles of pets created before closed beta began! And alpha user trophies are visible on the profiles of all alpha accounts (users 1- 112)



Trophies are also in the works for winners of the art contests, and writing contests. There will also be more trophies in the future, so don't fret if you missed out on the alpha trophies ;)

The present monthly item for upgraded users will be switched out for the new one some time during the evening (Pacific time), March 15, so if you want that Gold Heart Locket, make sure you get it before then (Main -->Upgrade Account-->Monthly Item).



Also, the February monthly treasures will be removed and the March monthly treasures introduced some time in the very near future, so if you are planning any last minute purchases, please keep that in mind (I'm just waiting for the icon images to be delivered).

It looks like the woolabits have wandered back to the meadow, the furrits to the swamp, and the ursas to the mountains, and with their coming, the suans, ratties, kitts, and khoalas have moved on.

It is rumored that there may be a new creature coming to the forest some time soon...

It looks as though Lin has made her last feather boa and pair of cupid wings as well!
