This is just an update to let you know that staff are testing out battle tournaments right now! We are testing out the system and making changes that we feel are necessary before the first tournament will take place.

For the first tournament, the battle system will be fairly simple (though it is a turn-based system with strategy involved, not a simple click-and-win system). We will then be adding things/tweaking things based on the results. Initially, all battle will be user vs. user, not user vs. NPC.

We'll be giving lots more information on tournaments when they are ready to be released, but just wanted to let you all know that we're testing them now, so battle is coming soon! :3

Equippables for the Ayalon, Likos, and Embarr should now be working normally, as well as all the movable/resizeable items for all breeds :3 If you encounter a problem with equippables ON THESE THREE BREEDS ONLY, please post here in this news thread.

I will be working through the remaining breeds including the draak. Once I've finished the draak equips, I'll also be fixing the rainbow issue with draaks.

A few items like the poinsettia ornament, and some plushies that previously did not work with HAs should now be working.

For those who may be new to the site, we recently made a major change to the khimera scripts which has resulted in equippables needing to be changed/moved in order to work properly again. Which is why I am posting updates on what does/does not work currently.

On a more general note, as I am sure most of you have noticed, we have not had any new games, markings, or craftables for a while now. This is because we've been focusing on implementing/fixing some major new features like khimbit breeding and battle tournaments. We still have a ways to go yet, but rest assured we have not forgotten about these things. Once we've worked through these new features, we'll get back to adding these things to the site regularly once more.

Two things actually.

First, monthly treasures are out! This month there is just one breed of khimbit, but it's a special one!



There are four colors of luff drakkin included in the monthly treasure packs:



In addition, this month there are some accessories included in treasure packs!



We are also introducing a new feature with the treasure packs! When opening packs, you will have a rare chance to receive a limited edition bonus item (an extra item, as well as the regular item from the pack)! You can open one pack or multiple packs, it will not affect the outcome. Bonus items will show up with a yellow background!

This month the bonus items are the chocolate covered luff drakkin and the red passionflower ornament!



Forageable luff drakkins are not out yet! They will be out sometime tonight or tomorrow, we will let you know.

From the dice game, upgraded users can also find the siamese luff drakkins!

YES YOU CAN FINALLY BREED YOUR KHIMBITS!!!!! If you are upgraded, that is.

Khimbit breeding is now active! How it works will change from month to month. Sometimes there will be hybrid khimbits, other months you might need different colors of the same breed as parents, other months you might need matched pairs of the same breed and color. Some months we'll offer recolors of older khimbits, sometimes there will be entirely new art for the gen 2's.

This month, we have a hybrid khimbit to kick things off! Introducing the snaawulf!



There are 9 colors to collect!!! (we probably won't always have this many colors to collect, but since it's the first month we thought we'd start things off with a bang ;) There is more information on breeding your khimbits HERE. For future reference, you can also access this page from the meadow.

It's the festival of love! And that means there are some new love-themed items available!

If you have a silver level trophy (or above) for Kai and Tai's quests, you can randomly receive one of four colors of the "hearts and roses ornament" when completing a quest!



If you have a gold level trophy (or above) you can randomly receive one of four colors of the "single rose" item!



We are also introducing a new line of collectible plushies! The first of the Series 1 collectible plushies are the <3 Asadia Plushie and the <3 Ayalon plushie. These are rare plushies that you can receive randomly from the dice game :3



These are all limited time items, so get them while you can!
