Preliminary note: All users who were due to receive a FU token due to having FUs on khimeros and Aluriya in the past, and who were eligible for the limited time double-upgrade special, have received their tokens and should find them in their inventory! ...................................................................................... Sorry for the slight delay, we were working out some issues with the new animated items for this month! We have a new design for treasure packs for the new "khimeros year"! Equippable size: inside, you will find one of these fabulous items: Broken City Background Pack, Broken City Background Pack - Sinister Spooky Lightning Bolt I, Spooky Lightning Bolt II (Animated Items!) Shadowbeast Sinister, Shadowbeast Toxic And the khimbit treat this month is the ghost rabbit treat! As many of you have no doubt noticed by now, if you have been active in the past two months, you have a new item in your inventory - the Windy Dunes Backdrop - Purple! This is an anniversary gift from the site for our FIFTH anniversary! Aluriyans share a September anniversary, and have also received their own gift, so Alu users should check their accounts if they have not already ;) The "Dawn" version of the Windy Dunes backdrop will be available to purchase on Khimeros for trinkets, and the sunset version on Aluriya for trinkets (for a limited time), once Karos has implemented the new "trinket" side of the cash shop, which will be renamed to the "General Store" as on Aluriya. This will allow us to sell more items for trinkets during periods of bead inflation. As I said in the past that we would sell Forever Upgrade tokens to celebrate the fifth anniversary, we will shortly be stocking FU tokens in the cash shop. Due to it being a special anniversary (and in light of turn in month), we'll be selling these for the original price of $65. They won't be sold again this cheap until our next five year milestone! FU tokens will be on sale for one month. They are useable on EITHER khimeros or Aluriya but a single token is good for a single site only! That means if you use your FU on khimeros, you cannot also use it on Aluriya. Just to clarify, if you are ALREADY upgraded on both sites, due to having been in on the double-site upgrade special/were an original Alu user, then this does NOT affect you and you will not lose your upgrade. (As a side note, I'll be asking Karos to be sure to hand out the extra FU tokens to those Aluriya users who were upgraded on both sites in the past). Those of you who have participated in the turn-in event should be aware that there was briefly a glitch that caused the wrong number of points to be given out on August 2014 treasure items. If this affected you, your points have been adjusted, so you should check your point count. Regarding Retro Packs please be aware that these will leave the cash shop in approximately 24 hours, so be sure to get any last purchases in before that time. We hope you are getting excited for Masquerade! We are currently working on preparing an onslaught of fabulous creepy items for October and the Masquerade event!
