There will be a short downtime while the server is rebooted, some time this morning. Should be very short. I'll post in the news comments when it's all done!

OK so there were a couple of glitches that are fixed now.

The first was with ayalons that were saying on their page that they were ayalars. The issue here was that ayalons that are *carrying* an ayalar image that they may pass down, were listing that info on their page when it should have been hidden. This has been fixed. If this occurred with one of your ayalons, at least you now know that those are ayalar carriers ;)

The second fix is to gryph and draak breeding. Because of changes to the breeding system, users were able to get purebreds when breeding a hybrid to a draak or gryph. For example, if you bred a likos-embarr to a gryph, you could get likos-embarr hybrids, gryphs, or pure likos or pure embarr. We thought this was going to take longer to fix but Nas thought of a way to fix it quickly, so this has been fixed now. When breeding a hybrid to a draak or gryph, you should now only get draak/gryph or hybrid offspring. This will apply to breeding that occurs after today.

Third thing, there will be a short downtime at some point. We need to upgrade our backup drive, which has become too small. So the server company will be taking the site down briefly to install a larger backup drive. If you can't access the site, that's what is happening. We don't know exactly when this will happen, but probably some time in the next day or so!

Bet you've been anxiously wondering what those shiny elixirs are for! Well, now when you click on an elixir in your inventory, you will be able to use them on your Ayalon/Embarr hybrids! Check out our new Ayalars!

The Sky and Light Prism Ayalars are limited edition, and will only be available for two months. As mentioned, they are only available through breeding.


For the next two months, whenever your offspring is born as a hybrid between an Embarr and an Ayalon, there is a 33% chance that it will be born as one of these limited edition colors. There is a chance to get one of these limited edition colors whether you breed Embarrs to Ayalons, or any Embarr/Ayalon hybrids together. As long as the offspring comes out as any Ayalon/Embarr hybrid, there is a 33% chance to get a limited edition color offspring.


With the exception of the limited edition Ayalars overlays, breeding Ayalars follows the same breeding rules as the other alternates. For more information, please see the FAQ on Alternate Khimeras

There are some strange new elixirs to be found in the swamp, on the beach, and in the mountains!



I wonder what they do?? Maybe you should try collecting some, in case they are valuable!
