Reason number one: Festival tokens are now available in foraging areas, forums, and from playing dice and completing quests! Festival tokens mean that a new event shop will be opening soon, so keep your eyes peeled!!!! (no pun intended ^^;) Reason number two: You can now equip khimbits from den!! Reason number two: You can now equip khimbits from den!!

All your denned khimbits will show up in your equip chest drop-down menu. If you see duplicates of a khimbit, it means that it is both in your den and also in your equip chest.

In past years, February has usually been celebrated with the Festival of Love, but this year there has been a startling new discovery! When settlers from distant planets began to arrive on khimeros nearly 5 years ago, the only signs of habitation were a few ancient ruins and relics. Khistopher, Laskai, and the other Guides maintained an enigmatic silence and could not be convinced to divulge any details surrounding the mystery of who these ancient peoples were and where they had gone. With the disappearance of Onyx and many other denizens of khimeros several months earlier, there has been a strange sense of anticipation in the air, as though a time of change is coming! In many of the mountain passes, the mists are clearing, revealing that which once was hidden. Now, exciting new stories are being told in all the blossoming villages of khimeros. Some portals that previously led to familiar mountainous regions now lead to strange new lands of clouded rocky peaks, dense mountain forest, strong winds and swirling mist. Strangest of all, these lands are inhabited by a people who call themselves "Eosians"! The Eosians claim to have been transported to Khimeros from the far Eastern lands of Earth beginning hundreds of years in the past. The traditions of many lands and peoples have blended together into a single culture that has remained isolated for generations. This month we will celebrate the revelation of the Eosian lands with a Festival to honor Eosian culture! To start off the festival we have new Monthly Treasures in the Cash Shop! Note that this month there are bonus prizes to be had when opening treasure packs! When you open a February 2014 Monthly Treasure, there is a chance to randomly receive a bonus anuki khimbit!! Anukis, similar to loparu, are special khimbits that are all uniquely colored, no two are the same! In addition, if you open 10 monthly treasure single packs, you are guaranteed to receive an anuki! There will also be other ways to collect these mini pets throughout festival month, like playing dice, foraging, and completing quests (though much more rarely), so keep your eyes peeled for that! Inside each Monthly Treasure you could find a Rice Terrace Pack! Each comes with a foreground and a backdrop. Or Mandarin Tree Packs! Each pack comes with three tree variations!
