This month we are celebrating the little critters found around Khimeros, Khimbits!! You can now find 2015 Retro Khimbit Packs while Foraging, while playing Dice, while chatting in the Forums, and even while completing Kai and Tai's Quests. Inside you could receive any collectable khimbit that was released in foraging, dice, or the forums from October 2009 to April 2014! These will only be available until the end of the month. Khimbit Breeding Crystals are no longer stocking in the foraging grounds. Instead the Tea Shoppe has reopened and Onyx will request that you bring her certain items in exchange for them. As a reminder, Khimbit Breeding Crystals are used to breed Fennik and Margay khimbits only. 7 Comments

New items are available while playing Dice!! Bitnip! Ornate Bird Cages! ~*~ Standard Arktik Treats can now be found through out the foraging grounds, in dice, Kai and Tai's quests, and in the forums!! The supply should last approximately 6 days! ~*~ We've heard from the elder dragons that almost all of the runes have been found. They will likely be all found the end of the day tomorrow! We've also heard from a spokes person of the Boreal people, that while they are grateful for the masses helping to display unity and rekindle the life in their sacred tree, they are very overwhelmed by the sheer number of people coming through their once quiet villages and hunting grounds. In fact, they are very concerned that their land simply will not be able to support it for much longer. As a sign of respect, Khistopher has agreed that in two days time he will provide assistance to restrict the access into their land. Any final blessings should be offered to the tree before that. 8 Comments

It's time for one last hurrah in our dragon event. To start things off, we're going to introduce a second limited edition khimera base; the Purrdra! Just like the Aeria, you can locate this alternate base by choosing draak/draak in the custom demo and selecting Purrdra from the list of alternates. There will only be a total of 50 Purrdra Chrysalids released during this event, and just like with the Aeria, any chrysalids obtained (directly, not traded for/bought) by mod or admin staff will be excluded from the total numbers released. Any Purrdra Chrysalids potentially released in future will be rare events (prizes, limited edition events, etc). Purrdra Chrysalids can be obtained from Gold, Platinum, and Rainbow Dragon's Eggs. For the first three months, the pass-down percentage of the Purrdra will be increased to 40%, but it is worth noting that there is no random drop chance for this breed. If you wish to receive an offspring carrying a Purrdra alternate image, you must breed a Purrdra to receive one; you will not randomly receive a Purrdra from a regular draak x draak breeding. But that's not all. Due to the sheer number of Rainbow Dragon's Egg items on-site, we are also opening up one final trade-in event; Dragon's Egg Turn-in Part Deux! In this shop you will find only one item, but we don't think you'll be disappointed. Elegan Chrysalids can be purchased for 10 points each in the Part Deux shop, which you can find here. Points are obtained only by turning in items from Rainbow Dragon's Eggs, though again unique hatchlings are excluded from the turn-in list. Just like the Purrdra, the pass-down percentage of the Elegan will be increased to 40% for the first three months, and they also do not have a random drop chance; you must breed Elegans to obtain Elegans. We would also like to note that we originally wanted to make the Elegan and Purrdra alternate Draak hybrids, but that is unfortunately not an option until we have some default hybrid Draak bases for them to overlay onto. We hope you all enjoy the grand finale to our dragon event! Final note: It seems there are some issues with moving khimeras in the demo right now, so we recommend that you do not attempt to move khimeras while deco-ing until the issue is resolved. 7 Comments
