When the forum thread refers to "past two prompts", it refers to the June prompts. If you complete the June prompts, PLUS all of July's, you will receive the items listed. Hibbary has stated that, at the moment, you CAN submit both June prompts if you didn't do them! You will also receive BOTH Arabasti items from the June prompts, in addition to the items from however many prompts you complete for July.
