When messaging Larny (20009) for your bonus eggs can we please ask that you do the following: - When you are outside of US please state your bonus beads. We don't want you missing out! Remember that you get a bonus of 1 bead per string when purchasing 20 beads or more in a single transaction or 2 beads per string when purchasing 50 beads or more in a single transaction (You still need to put in a help desk report to get your actual bead bonuses, but Larny also needs this info for handing out eggs as the bonus beads DO COUNT in your overal totals). - Keep to ONE message thread. If possible please send one message with multiple bead purchases in short periods. E.g. if you have purchased 50 beads and then another 50 beads an hour later tally this on to your previous message not a separate message or wait until you have made your purchases and put it in the one message together. - Any questions about bead bonuses please submit a help desk or catch Onyx in the lounge.
