Khimbits: Custom Demo
Custom Khimbits
Another type of khimbit you can have are made from the khimbit custom demo, much like a custom khimera. Please note that when you go to create one, you need to select breed and gender before markings will show up. There are currently two breeds. Just as you need the correct breed chrysalis to create a Generation 1 Khimera, you need the correct crystal to make a Custom Demo khimbit. However, chrysalids for custom Khimbits are not currently available.

Custom demo khimbit breeding is much like khimera breeding, with a few expections:
-Variation Order: Instead of following a dominance hierarchy like khimeras have, variation order is random. So if both parents have feather and fae wings, for example, they can inherit both wing types, but which one shows will be random instead of feather wings being dominant to fae wings.
-You require a “Breeding Crystal” in your inventory to complete the breeding. Breeding crystals can be found in user shops, trades, or you can have the crafted from the Tea Shoppe.
-Unlike Khimeras, there is no wait time for Khimbit offspring. There is also no wait time before you can breed the offspring.
-There is a 20% chance to get a twin when breeding your khimbits, and a 5% chance of triplets!
There are also a couple different types of non-breedable custom khimbits. They are not created in the custom demo like fenniks or margays are. The following types currently exist:
Old Custom Ordered Khimbits
These were available at one point, but are no longer able to be ordered. Similar to gold custom khimeras, players were able pick the base they wanted and have it colored to their specifications.
