Change Password
Enter required info under the Account Info tab in your Account Settings.
Change PIN
Enter required info under the Account Info tab in your Account Settings.
Change Email
Submit a Help Desk report.
Change User Name and/or Login Name
You will need to purchase a Scroll of Naming from the Cash Shop. Names can only be changed once every 6 months. If you made an error while registering, please submit a Help Desk report immediately and we will assist you.
Change your Tag
This is the little picture that represents individual users on the forums or on the Online Users page! To change or add a Tag, go to your Account Settings. Select an image from your computer and upload. Tags should be 80x80 pixels or smaller, 70kb or smaller, .jpg(not .jpeg), .png or .gif format. Check that your file extension has no uppercase letters.

Retrieve Lost PIN
Click HERE. Your PIN will be automatically sent to your registered Email.
