General questions about the site and how it works may be asked in the help forum or the live chat (please be sure they have not already been answered in the FAQ, first).
Glitches and bugs that affect the entire site may be posted in the glitches and bugs forum.
Glitches and bugs that affect your account personally, or that could pose a security risk or be used to scam or cheat, should be filed as a Help Desk report.
Please do NOT PM the admins/mods personally when you have a question or issue - the help system is set up the way it is so that the first available person will be able to answer your questions or help you with any problems. Personal PM's to admins and mods can simply be lost in very busy inboxes :(
